1. Service Delivery (Shipping)

All our products are digital consulting and technology services. There are no physical goods to ship. Services are delivered through:

  • Remote collaboration via video conferencing (Zoom, Google Meet, or Teams)
  • Electronic document delivery (reports, code, documentation)
  • Secure cloud-based file sharing
  • Direct integration with your systems (where applicable)

Delivery timeline: We will initiate contact within 2 business days of confirmed payment to schedule your engagement. Specific delivery timelines depend on the service purchased and will be communicated during onboarding.

2. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital consulting services, our refund policy is as follows:

Before Service Commencement

  • Full refund available if requested within 14 days of purchase and before any service delivery has begun.

Partial Service Delivery

  • If service delivery has commenced but is not yet complete, a prorated refund will be issued based on the proportion of work not yet delivered.

After Full Service Delivery

  • No refund is available once the service has been fully delivered and all deliverables have been transferred.

3. How to Request a Refund

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method. The exact timing depends on your bank or payment provider.

  • Dissatisfaction with results where the agreed scope of work has been fully delivered
