Founded in 2024, HaloTech International (trading as WeAI) was born from a simple observation: most companies know they need AI, but few know how to implement it effectively. The market is flooded with AI hype and proof-of-concept vendors, but critically short on teams that can take AI from prototype to production.

Our founding team brings together expertise from enterprise software engineering, machine learning research, and business strategy. We built WeAI to be the partner we wished existed when we were on the buyer side — practical, results-oriented, and honest about what AI can and cannot do.
